Content created for clients as part of our services is subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.

    6. Payment Terms

    Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, including due dates and methods, will be specified in your service agreement.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, The Right Crew's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these terms.

    9. Disclaimers

    Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as lead volumes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
